in general both universities are very good. But my option is pes university. Here MBA course cost 9 lacs in total.You can get a chance here just by securing a good marks at CAT,CMAT,GMAT,MAT etc. The faculties are too good. The placement rate is also very good. You also need to know about the Mathematics up to class 10, and General Knowledge. If you are good at this you don't need a book.

For my site you should go for Christ university. Christuniversity situated at Bangalore is one of the the top private university for course like BBA or BCA. They have a very good placement record for BCA students. But Christ university is too much strict also. The college infrastructure is too good. The average salary package is about 5 to 6 lacs.

Hostel of Christ University Delhi NCR, is really an awesome place as hostel. It will be given top grade for cleanliness.

Rooms are spacious and very clean with 2,4 and 6 formats with common bathroom. Hot water facility is available and aquagard water to drink.

Talking about how strict is faculty, There is automatic system , if you won't punch in before 9.30 pm and punch out before 8.45 am , message will be sent to your parents so that parents also must be aware that their children are safe at night
