No, you can't get admission through neet score in Christ university. Neet is entrance exam for mbbs and medical courses. CU not offers Mbbs course to their students. They accept exam such as CAT, XAT, MAT,CMAT, ATMA,GMAT, NATA.

See Dalmia College as well as Christ University are quite famous for MBA PGDM FINANCE course. But at the same time you can go with any of the two as per your comfort since both have good placements and at the end it will be your HARDWORK which will decide your placement.
