the seat allocation is through the merit list of the JEE mains applied candidates and also through the personal interview of the candidate takes place

You have provided incomplete information. 

Since most of the colleges take admissions on the basis of the score in best four subjects, maybe you have a chance.

You haven't mentioned the University or college you want to take admission in. 

Some Universities take entrance examinations for admissions so don't loose hope if you can't make it in merit based admissions.

yes you can take admission in the Foot Wear Technology as its Eligibility Criteria is 10+2 passed out can take admission.

cnongrats for your 91 percentile,but if you are from obc then you are able to get admission in dei agra,in this university, in process of admission they will conduct a test for you,you will have to clear that,if you have any source or refferal then you can get admission in that college,

To take admission in a B.Tech program at Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra, an OBC candidate would have to score around 130 marks in JEE Main 2019 and for a general candidate a score of 150 marks would be enough.

As i see Dayalbagh UNiversity of Agra can't take admission on jee mains marks .Its have own  form and admission Process so if you want to take admission there then go on college website and apply there.
