The Himalayan University, Itanagar placement cell conducts various activities like group discussions, mock interviews, skill development training, training on communication skills and many more. The Himalayan University, Itanagar placement cell also conducts career counselling for the students. They also help students prepare resumes that will be needed for the Himalayan University placements.

The university placement cell has strong tie-ups with MCXSX. Various companies are invited to the campus for the HU Itanagar placement drive. As per the Himalayan University Itanagar placement process, students have to submit their resumes and attend the selection interviews. After the interview, students are informed about the result by the placement cell. The HU placement cell also provides internship assistance to the students.

• In preparation for these opportunities, the HU Itanagar hosts informative pre-placement sessions for students, providing essential insights into the company, job roles, and expectations.

• Following these sessions, students are requested to submit their resumes and related documents to the Institute, which are then shared with the respective recruiters.

• Upon reviewing the applications, recruiters proceed to shortlist candidates, and subsequently, the Institute coordinates interviews between students and recruiters. These interviews can take place either on the institute's campus or at the company's premises.

• Once recruiters make their selections, the Institute actively assists students with the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition into their new roles.
