About IIFM Bhopal

Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM), Bhopal was established in 1982, Indian Institute of Forest Management Bhopal is an autonomous institution under the Ministry of Agriculture. IIFM Bhopal offers three courses which include PGDFM, PGDSM and FPM. The PGDFM and PGDSM programmes are recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). IIFM Bhopal admission is completely entrance-based.

For admission to IIFM Bhopal courses, candidates are required to appear for any of the entrance exams CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ GMAT. According to the IIFM Bhopal placements 2023 for both PGDFM and PGDSM batches, 100% of students placed with the highest mean package of Rs. 20.50 LPA and 10.38 LPA respectively.

IIFM Bhopal Scholarship

Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM), Bhopal is recognised as an Institute of Excellence under the Central Sector Scholarship Scheme of Top Class Education for Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) students offered by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India and the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India.

Five IIFM scholarships are available to ST category students and four IIFM Bhopal Scholarships are available to SC category students subject to fulfillment of the conditions set by the Ministry. Scholarships at IIFM Bhopal will cover the expenditure of full-fee and lodging boarding charges, books, and stationary charges at a fixed rate.

What is the date of CAT exam 2025?

Common admission test (CAT) is conducted once a year and is a gateway to 21 IIMs and 1000 + other top institutions. It's is expected that 2025 CAT exam will be administered by IIM Kozhikode. The official notice for CAT 2025 will be released in July 2025. Registration for the CAT 2025 is expected to start in August 2025 and exam will be conducted by the end of November 2025.

To be eligible for the exam, candidates must have passed a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks and candidates appearing in their final year of bachelor degree can also apply for the exam.

I have completed my graduation and will be giving my master's 1 sem exam in dec as it is an open University, should I mention it in my CAT form? I don't have any aggregate marks to fill for the form?

There is an option in the application form of CAT for candidates to enter the Master's degree details. Once you reach to the Master's degree details section, you have an option to mark the completion status of your Master's degree. As you have not completed your Master's degree and are still pursuing it, you can mark the completion status as 'In Progress' and fill the further required details to complete the application process for admission.
