IGNTU Amarkantak facilities include two boys' hostels, named as Govind Guru Boys hostel and Sone hostel. Gobins Guru Boys hostel accommodates around 703 students, whereas in Sone hostel, the total occupancy is around 106 students. These include a common room, dining hall, sports complex, meditation room, with all well-furnished rooms.

IGNTU Amarkantak girls' hostel is named Rani Durgawati Girls' Hostel, which accommodates a huge number of students.
