Now the JIPMER BSc Entrance Exam has been cancelled , so the admission will be done through NEET 2021.

Hi
No, no you don't need to apply separately for AIIMS and Jipmer admission . Admission for both aiims and jipmer is through Neet examination only. After qualifying neet examination you just need to participating in mcc counselling ( at www.mcc.nic.in) and then on the basis of your rank you can get a seat in AIIMS and Jipmer as well. MCC/DGHS counselling is done for
*15% AIQ,
*100% Deemed Universities,
*Central Universities (Delhi University, AMU & BHU including Institutional/ Domicile Quota),
*100% ESIC, AFMC (only Registration Part) & I.P University (VMMC & SJH AND ABVIMS & RML & ESIC Dental, Delhi (15% AIQ + 85% Institutional Quota )
* 100% AIIMS & 100% JIPMER Seats
Now that,
limited time is left for neet 2021 , so you should be focusing on your preparation,
practising chapterwise questions
then revising the chapters,
solve at least previous 10 year neet question papers as concept behind the question often gets repeated in the examination so it will be of great help in your preparation ,
go through neet mock test papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination. To help you in your preparation we have neet knockout for you :- https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-
Thank you
Hi student,
I would like to inform you that as Jipmer is a very Prestigious College of India and is one of the topper of the best medical colleges list in india. So to get admission into it you need to score a very high rank but i am afraid that is not in your case as the cutoff of Jipmer Karaikal will be under 1000 rank so you cannot get that college this year.
Through Stray Vacancy round also you cannot get admission into Jipmer this year as the no of seats which reach the stray vacancy rounds are very less so you need to consider other possibilities preferably in your state mostly.
You can also use our collage predictor to understand your standing in the competetion:-

Hi,
First of all, currently only NEET is conducted for admissions in all medical institutes including JIPMER and AIIMS.
Also, yes, you can use the book, but along with that you must focus on NCERT books for class 11th and 12th biology too.
Here is a list of books that you can also refer for NEET biology:
NCERT Biology Class XI and Class XII textbooks
Biology Vol 1 and Vol 2 by Trueman
Objective Biology by Dinesh
Objective Botany by Ansari
Pradeep Guide on Biology
GR Bathla publications for Biology
Here is a link that you can refer for more details for books to prepare for NEET:

Hi,
Admissions in JIPMER for MSc. Medical physics is on the basis of merit and eligibility criteria. According to the eligibility criteria for the course, the candidate must have completed 3 years B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University with Physiology / Biotechnology as main subject with Biology / Botany / Zoology as ancillary subject OR B.Sc. Zoology . Apart from this you are also eligible if you have a B.Sc. Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized university.
Since, you have BSc. in physics, then you are not eligible unless you have relevant subjects.
I hope this helped you.
