Well, NTA has not declared exactly about the OMR sheet about when is it going to release. But there remains chances that it shall be released very soon. 676 is below an All India Rank of 300. And JIPMER will conduct its admission through All India Quota. And so even if you hold the domicile of Tamilnadu, it is not considered. What your daughter has is an amazing score there, Dr. Bala. And JIPMER has 150 seats for Pondicherry and 50 seats fot Karaikal. While the top rankers will take MAMC, AIIMS, your daughter will certainly get a seat in JIPMER. No offense to JIPMER but it is just that AIIMS has a slight upper hand over JIPMER in terms of reputation. But that doesnt mean JIPMER is any less. These things aside, JIPMER is a sure shot with a score of 676 even if she belongs to General Category.

From this year onwards counselling of AIIME JIPMER and AIQ will be done by MCC/DGHS itself.

As per JIPMER and AIIMS admission through NEET 2020 , candidates who will qualify the entrance exam will be eligible for the counselling process. JIPMER/AIIMS counselling 2020 will be held in online mode in three rounds which includes a mop-up round.

To tell the exact marks for cut off would be a tedious job to find out. This difficulty arises due to the varying level of competition every year. Even the number of students writing examination varies. But a rough estimate can be made. According to experts, this year the cut off marks for JIPMER Pondicherry for general category would vary in the range of 600-610 and that of Karaikal would vary in the range of 580-590.

this is the first time when jipmer collaborated and they have not taken their own examination like they used to take in previous years so it will be really difficult for us to just the guess how much marks for general category students or any other categories to need to qualify to get admission in JIPMER. But the students with higher marks only will get a chance to get admission in jipmer as it's highly prestigious and renowned University for medical.

BALACHANDAR G , NEET Cutoff for JIPMER is expected to be released in the later half of October 2020. JIPMER, Pondicherry would conduct the NEET counselling for JIPMER 2020.

But on the basis of previous data for a UR candidate, it is advised to aim for more than 160 marks in JIPMER MBBS Entrance Exam. For OBC candidate, more than 153 marks should get admission.

This is the first time JIPMER will be giving admission on the basis of Neet Score. So we don't have any idea about the previous year's cutoffs as we don't have any reference. But there are total 200 seats (JIPMER Puducherry (150) and Karaikal campus (50)) offered for MBBS in JIPMER. So it can be expected that an all India rank within 250 to 300 can fetch you a seat in JIPMER Puducherry while 45 seats are for unreserved category and 15 seats are reserved for general category in JIPMER karaikal campus. The more you'll get in exam, the higher will be the chances. Now as you told, you have scored 653 in Neet 2020 out of 720 based on the answer keys, so you can expect all India rank within top 800 to 1000. However this is your expected rank and can differ from the actual one. So based on this, it may be difficult to get JIPMER Puducherry as the cutoffs of Puducherry will be higher than Karaikal campus but you can expect JIPMER Karaikal campus. Firstly congratulations,676 is excellent score in NEET examination.As compared to previous year's cutoff you have very high chances to get jipmer seat in puducherry.But we can't tell exactly this year because cut off mark changes every year it's not be same always.Soo best of luck for your career.
