Good Luck.
Dear Aspirant, the closing rank for kgmu in obc category was 2863. So yes there are chances of getting admission in kgmu and any government related bodies. Usually the college intake for obc category in state quota rank varies from 400-2000 so you can easily bag a seat in any good college. Hope this was helpful. You can check out UP NEET cut offs on https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-up All the best.
You haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, if you belong to General Category, you will need a rank less than 500. But if you belong to Reserved Categories, you will need a rank below 1000-1500. Now this is a rough idea. Because KGMU is one of the top Medical Colleges of UP. But if we talk about All India Ranks, for General Category, it should be less than 1500 and for Reserved Categories, it should be less than 2500. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Speaking of Books, the college has got a good library with all the essential books and other reference material. You can issue the books from the library for studies and return when the due date is passed.
So you can issue the books from the library or buy your own for studies.
Hope that i have answered the query..
Good Luck
The college infrastructure is very good. It has lecture theatres with capacity of 300 students. It has ac library and laboratory facilities are nice . Hostels have wifi and sports room . Cafeteria is also well maintained.
Yes the college have a good clinical exposure which is an essential part in a medical practitioner's life. The good patient load helps us in learning skills which won't suffice just by reading books. There is a good set of equipments and devices necessary for examining the patient and being a student ut helps in learning skills ..... Finally there are adequate number of wifi connections available which are used by us for viewing video lectures.
One of the best infrastructure you'll encounter in all the medical colleges. Does not even look like a medical college, its like a monument. Have all the facilities like library and reading room. More than 4 canteens. Very hygienic.
