The university provides separate hostels for boys and girls. The college has well-equipped boys hostels with AC and non-AC rooms. The hostels ensure the comfortable living of the students by providing them with all the modern amenities.

MMU Mullana provides well-equipped girls hostels. The hostels provide all the modern facilities and amenities to its students. The hostel is supervised 24*7 by wardens and vigilant security personnel.

The campus has a super specialty hospital that provides first aid for the emergency purposes of teachers and students. OPD service and all kinds of surgical facilities are available at the hospital.

MMU Mullana has a well-equipped gym with modern equipment such as dumbbells, treadmills and cardiovascular machines for the benefit of the students.

The library of MMU Mullana has a wide collection of books, magazines, national and international journals. A massive variety of books, CDs, videos, theses, standards, and back volumes are also found in the library. The libraries of the institute are members of INFLIBNET, DELNET, NPTEL, and others, and subscribes to various print and electronic journals.

The college has multiple sports complexes for playing a variety of games such as cricket, football, volleyball, badminton and many more. A separate indoor games complex is also present at the campus for recreational facilities of the students.

The MMU Mullana also has good Wi-Fi connectivity and facilitates internet access to its students and teachers. The campus is totally Wi-Fi enabled with 450+ access points from CISCO, Motorola, D-Link, Aruba and 145 Mbps of bandwidth for internet with a dedicated leased line.

The institute has a well-equipped canteen which serves healthy and hygienic food to its students. The cafeteria serves a variety of dishes and remains open on all working days.

MMU Mullana has an auditorium that is used for a variety of purposes such as guest lectures, speaker sessions, cultural programmes and many more. The auditorium is centrally air-conditioned and has a seating capacity of more than 2,500 people.
