MDU Rohtak Facilities

Maharshi Dayanand University provides students with all of the resources they need. MDU Rohtak facilities include separate hostels for boys and girls, a library, cafeteria, auditorium and many more. Maharshi Dayanand University also has sports facilities for students who want to participate in sports. The university has lawn tennis courts, basketball courts, boxing hall, wrestling hall, kabaddi hall, judo hall, squash hall, separate sports and others.

MDU Rohtak has a spacious well-equipped auditorium for all the cultural activities and various events. Maharshi Dayanand University hostel facilities assist students in meeting their accommodation needs and requirements. MDU Rohtak canteen offers hygiene and delicious food items at reasonable prices.

Boys Hostel
The university has eight hostels for boys on campus with all the basic amenities such as indoor games, recreation, STD, and canteen and wi-fi facility.
Girls Hostel
MDU Rohtak has 10 girls hostel for the students on campus. The MDU Rohtak girls hostels are well-equipped with all the basic amenities.
Medical/Hospital
The University Health Centre, which has one full-time MBBS doctor and paramedical personnel, serves the university community's primary health care needs.

The gym at the university is well-equipped. Students who want to stay fit can join a gym.
Library
Maharshi Dayanand University library is well-equipped with all the reading materials, and has journals and magazines, newspapers.
Sports
The university has sports facilities such as swimming pool, lawn tennis courts, basketball courts, boxing hall, wrestling hall, kabaddi hall, judo hall, squash hall, separate sports hostel and many more. MDU Rohtak has a sports directorate that has produced several athletes of national and international renown, including multiple Arjuna and Bhim Awardees.

The college infrastructure is average with only the essential facilities available. While it meets basic needs, it lacks modern amenities and requires better maintenance and upgrades to create a more comfortable and supportive learning environment.

College Infrastructure

This infrastructure is satisfactory as well-supported classrooms are available for its classes with whiteboards and projectors. The department has a moot court hall where practice sessions can be conducted. A law library with national and international journals along with relevant legal databases and reference books.

College infrastructure is very good. ac are fully functional and has a quality benches and blackboards. the buildings and blocks are also very well constructed and newly built. So overall good infrastructure

I took admission in mcom in mdu in 2024 due to some reason I didn't continued it by not giving exams of all semester and not paying fees of 2nd year and my admission got cancelled. Am I eligible to get migration certificate on bcom degree basis in future from MDU as I do my bcom from MDU.

If you took admission in MCom at MDU in 2024 but did not continue by skipping exams, your name may have been removed from the university rolls as per MDU rules. Typically, MDU allows re-admission once if a student applies within a stipulated time, pays the re-admission fee, and meets attendance or other conditions. If the re-admission window is missed, you will likely need to apply afresh for admission in the next session. It is recommended to check your status on the MDU student portal and contact the college office or Registrar to confirm whether re-admission is possible or if a new admission process must be followed.

hello, i have a back log in 5th sem (MDU affiliate college)and it will be not cleared till December as the examination will take place in December can i still take admission in any college
