Hi Amin,
In case of CLAT, the application fee which is 4000 is equal for everyone. If you secure an admission through CLAT then the participating NLU's provide a concession for candidates who are below poverty line. Also, Banks provide special concessions for candidates below poverty line to complete their education.
If the CLAT application fee is not affordable you can apply for AILET conducted for admissions to NLU Delhi, where there is no application fee and NLU Delhi also provides certain concessions for candidates who come from BPL families.
Hope this helps. If you have any other queries please feel free to ask

Nlsiu has the necessary infrastructure, facilities, and equipment. Classrooms facilities are well-maintained and used with all the living spaces being clean but the food hygiene might not be good sometimes
College infrastructure is good while still undergoing some changes but is very efficient and pretty ambient place. Library and classrooms are beautiful with fully equiped technologies but might have sme wifi issues overtime. Campus is maintained everyday cleanly
National law school of india University situated in Bangalore have a great and beautiful infrastructure with modern technology.Basic facilities like wi fi and sports ground are available there but I can say that they are not well maintained. The best resource in campus is library.
