Yes my have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. We have clean class room, wifi, smart boards and yes the all maintain really well. Living space was clean and the food was also good and hygienic too.
I was studying MA in history. Because i have very fascinated with old things. And interested with antic things. Our college campus and their curriculum is very support ive for a studying person also a good behavior.
Very well good facility of placement..there Around 89 percent students are placed in every year from different areas. So their envious structure of placement is also good enough as a open university.
Very good experience this is. Per year cost 3.5 lakh for technical course.
It's a very good experience in campus. Best features are there in our college.
There is a very good experience.
It's a very good campus. For academic session is very good.there are very good faculty.one of the stand out features of is its strong focus on practical learning. The institute provides ample opportunities for hand on experience, intership.
I am studying here ba honours in bengali.because i love literature.and I am also a Bengali so for this reason i love bengali.our faculties are very good in their profession.the curriculum is well structured, industry relevant.
There is very enough placement in our college. Many reputed company comes to requite us and our education system is also very good.they put their full potential. The expertise and mentor are not only experts they genius in their field.
That is totally value for money...for medicore students it is. very Normal graduation degree you have to paid 25000 only for honours.. according another course will be very affordable.
College campus is amazing. The environment of college is very soothing and calm..study material. No ragging, and bad behaviour is allowed.
It's a very good college for medicore students as i mentioned earlier.go for it.
The college infrastructure is quite good as the college has adequate and well designed classrooms with good lighting. The library is quite rich in scope, containing various books and journals necessary for academic endeavors. The campus is clean and green, and therefore creates a conducive environment.
The college has various facilities including the library, computer laboratories and electronic resources. These facilities ease the work of the learners and make sure that study is more effective, the teachers also help us in our academics.
College advances delocalization strategies and organizes diversity courses including communication, group work, and managing. These are critical in performing effectively on the job, providing students like us to improve our confidence.
The University is well maintained and is located in a prime location accessible by public transportation. It has all required infrastructure that is needed for my course including a library which has all necessary books and documents.
I am studying Bcom. The academics syllabus is very much insync with current development in market. The teaching staffs are one of the best in the city. But it doesn't make one job-ready entirely but only prepare you theoretically for the job in the field.
As this is an open university that is distance learning university, placement rarely happens. Moreover for my course, there is no placement. We either have to study further or have to give interview to companies on our own
As this is a government university, the fees here are pretty affordable. The teaching quality is very good compared to the fees required. I feel I am getting more than enough for my money's worth. The University is quite good.
As this is an open university that is distance learning university, most of the learning happen over the web. However, there is a learning support centre for office purposes and the centre is quite good. The staffs are very friendly.
There are also Wi-Fi, lab, and library facilities. Classrooms are cleaned daily. The labs are very good and clean. The library is very clean. Many types of books are available in the library based on the recent environment. There are hostel facilities, a mess, a canteen, medical facilities, and sports facilities.
The teachers care very much about our studies. They are very helpful. Overall, the teaching technique is very good. They are ready for industrial use. Semester exams are tough, but every student can pass if they follow the teacher's instructions properly.
55 percent of students have placed in our courses. The minimum package average is 1.5 LPA, and the maximum package is around 3 LPA. There is no specific company. Students also have an internship facility. Many students were joined internship programs.
Laboratory was well-maintained. As I am pursuing an education course, they tied up with nearby schools to facilitate our practice. When it comes to the hostel it is well maintained. College offers many courses. Facilities provided in the college is good.
Professors were highly knowledgeable, intelligent, and responsible. Our course curriculum was relevant to make students ready for the industry. The pass percentage was 35% for theory, and 50% for practicals.
is a reputed university to pursue the course in this state. Most of our batch mates got placements. The average salary offered was Rs.35,000 per month. I would recommend students to join this college. Highest salary offered in this course is based on the experience like it's 60,000 per month.
Being an open university, our college does not have hostel facilities. The campus building is spacious and beautifully designed. Despite the lack of high-speed Wi-Fi, the food is of a higher caliber than other hostels. Students must manage all aspects, leaving little room for error. It is close to the hospital and food plaza - just two minutes away.
The teachers are very competent and very helpful, and we are pleased with their support. They have a lot of knowledge and help us acquire different knowledge from all fields. They help us solve real challenges that arise in our daily lives during this program. So, the faculty members have no problem.
In Bengal, postgraduates are not eligible for any placements. The college lacks dedicated placement teachers for our course. This course is a degree course, and you can pursue a Ph.D. Placements are more promising in job-oriented courses. Bengal is now an academic course, so you shouldn't blame the institute.
Facilities are average; wi-fi can be unreliable; and labs and classrooms need upgrades. Library resources were adequate for my course. Hostel facilities are decent but could be improved. The mess and canteen offer basic food options. Medical facilities are available, and sports facilities are limited.
Teachers are supportive, qualified and knowledgeable, enhancing teaching quality. The curriculum is relevant, preparing students for the industry. Semester exams are moderately challenging, with a respectable pass percentage, reflection-effective teaching and student engagement.
The institute offers a diverse opportunities. Placement rates are high, close to 70%. The highest package range is 6–8 LPA, the lowest package is 2 LPA, and the average package is 3-6 LPA. The top recruiters are from Deloitte, KPMG and HDFC. Many students secure internships with companies like EY. The top roles are financial analyst and accountant.
NSOU has a physical and also a digital library which can accessible from anywhere. The campus has hygienic and affordable cafeteria. Wifi also available here. Classrooms are equipped with smart equipments. Here labs also available and well maintained.
Here all courses are designed by experts. Highly qualified professers are present here. one final exam per year with online assignment submission. Affordable fees structure but scholarships are not available for all subjects.
NSOU doesn't offer any placement. But in 2023 they provide 75 % placement. Highest package was 5-6 LPA lowest was 1.5 LPA And Average was 3 LPA . 10% students got internship from here. But I think off campus placement is much better than this.
I had done my graduation from netaji subhas open University through mrinalini dutta mahavidyapith . The university is open University so don't need to go everyday. Infrastructures are good. A big library available in our college.
Academic was good. Teachers provided good quality notes and it so helpful. They always help us to gain proper knowledge about my subject. I completed my graduation in public administration. Exam process always good. Only exam time I go to college to attend my exam.
They don't provide proper placement because it is a open University. If you want good job you need to do more skill which help you to grow in your career. This university didn't provide any kind of high salary package job. But they provide many courses which help you in your professional field.
Yes it is valuable for me . Because I was a working person that time . Open University help me to complete my course properly.
It was very nice.
Hello,
As per the status of the official website of Netaji Subhash Open University, no updates are provided yet regarding admission schedule of bachelor degree programs, nor is the official notification released either, hence stay updated at http://www.wbnsou.ac.in/ for the latest information regarding this.
Yeah! The degree will be treated as the normal one. For Government exams the eligibility mentions that 'passed from a recognized university'. So NSOU is registered and there will no problem regarding it but as you now to get a Government service you have to study hard to pass the exams.
You can get higher grade jobs in Government as per the exam you qualify. If you qualify UPSC you will be a 'Grade A gazetted officer' , if you crack CGL , you will be a 'Grade B or C Non- Gazetted officer' and so on.
In private sectors you may get editorial jobs or journalism career depending on the company you are opting for. It's entirely on the companies will , what you will get.
I hope my answer helps. All the very best for your future endeavors!
