MA: Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University offers a range of MA degrees in areas such as Telugu, Applied Linguistics, Journalism and Mass Communication, Tourism, Culture, and History of which the intake ranges from 40 to 70. All concerned should possess a bachelor's degree in the desired subjects. The admission process may be based on the consideration of candidate academic records and, in some cases, an interview.

Master of Performing Arts: The university offers Master of Performing Arts (MPA) studies in Folk Arts, Kuchipudi Dance, Andhra Natyam Dance Poetry, and Theater Arts. Each program has a capacity of 40-70 students. The criteria for admission are largely based on the candidate's bachelor's degree in the area of the particular program and might also have a practical test or audition to evaluate the proficiency level of the candidate regarding the chosen art form.

MFA/MVA: The university also runs MFA and MVA programs at the masters' level in Painting, Sculpture, and Printmaking. Each program can admit between 45 to 50 students.
