The admission cycle generally commences in the months just before the academic year, which begins around the month of August-September. The application for admission to most programs in the university is made on the basis of the scores attained by the student in national-level entrance examinations. Admission to MBBS is given on the basis of NEET-UG scores, whereas admission to MD/MS is given on the basis of NEET-PG scores. Dental postgraduate programs accept students based on NEET-MDS scores, while AYUSH postgraduate programs consider scores of AIAPGET.

Degree-wise Admission Process
MBBS: The admission procedure is based on NEET-UG examination. There are a total of 1080 MBBS seats in this university and 10 affiliated colleges. To be eligible, candidates must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology and must qualify NEET-UG. The whole procedure is run under the supervision of state counseling authorities.
MD/MS: For these postgraduate medical courses, the admission process is based on NEET-PG scores. The university offers specializations in Anaesthesiology, General Medicine, Pathology, Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and General Surgery, among others. To be eligible, candidates must hold an MBBS degree with an internship of one year.
MDS: The admission process for dental postgraduates is NEET-MDS based. Specializations include Prosthodontics, Periodontics, Orthodontics, and Conservative Dentistry. Candidates eligible to apply include those holding a BDS degree.
BAMS: Admissions to BAMS are on the basis of NEET-UG scores. This program is available in both government and private colleges affiliated to the university. Candidates must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
BHMS: Homeopathy admissions for bachelor's courses are also conducted on NEET-UG. The eligibility requirements are similar to BAMS.
B.Sc Nursing: B.Sc Nursing admissions are often based on a state-level entrance examination or merit in the 10+2 exam. This course is offered by various nursing colleges affiliated with the university.
M.Sc Nursing: For postgraduate nursing programs, admissions are usually through either separate entrance examinations or merit in B.Sc Nursing. The specializations available are Medical Surgical Nursing, Obstetrics and Gynaecological Nursing, and Psychiatric Nursing.

According to your score and Category it is very difficult to predict either you will get chance for the admission in government college or not
Since every year the admission in government college differ according to the cutoff and the difficulty level of the exam and also on the basis of total number of candidates appeared in the exam
But yes you are having high chances for the admission in BAMS or BHMS with the score of 490 but in private colleges..
BHMS,Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery is the graduate level course of duration 5.5 years ( including one year internship)
