A state medical council registration only allows to practice within the boundary of that state as per rules. If a doctor wants to practice in another state, he/she needs to obtain valid registration with the new state medical council. He/she must fulfill the criteria to be eligible to be registered in the council. So, you need to check the the requirements of Tamil Nadu council and then you need to issue documents accordingly.

This year all India quota the cutoffs may be higher than the other years, that is why any score less than 590 or 600 out of 720 is less.For Dental also , you have to get at least 550 marks in Neet if you are a general category student.

Hello, sorry but there is no other option to get admission in any medical college without neet. NEET is a national exam which has become mandatory for all the students who want to pursue medical in future. So you can't get admission without neet. Also for applying in neet eligibility criteria is 50 percentile in physics, chemistry ,biology and english so low marks won't work for that too.
