Hello Agampreet,
According to the Rank Predictor tool, your probable common rank range comes in between 71 to 371. As per the previous year cutoff trends, the cutoff rank for Punjab resident in 2017 was 8286. Even though the paper was easy this time and the cutoffs are expected to be very high, you seem to have a very good chance of getting into RGNUL Patiala.
Although your common rank is pretty good and you can consider other NLUs as well (as per previous year cutoff trends) -
If your actual score comes out to be even better than your expected score, your chances might bbe even better at bagging seats at top NLUs.
All the Best1
With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 1-270. If you fall in general category and have the state domicile of either Chattisgarh or Punjab then you definitely have a chance in both the colleges. Even if you don't have the state domicile you can easily get into those colleges. The cutoff is decided as per how many students are scoring more. So you don't have to worry as you have a great score so even if it's higher you can easily get it as the closing ranks for HNLU and RGNUL are 750 and 980 respectively.
Hello, Richard
135 marks in CLAT 2019, for Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, is quite a decent score according to past trends and expected cut-offs for this year. Considering that you are an OBC candidate, there are chances for admission in RGNUL but less in MNLU because of the priority criteria.
The ranks are equally important for getting through the screening process by these institutes. For exact rank and colleges please visit the below link;

Dear Richard,
With a score as good as 135, you can get any college you want in India. Your rank could be anywhere between 1 and 220. I don't understand why you don't wnat to study in Bangalore NLU. In my opinion, GNLU is a much better option than RGNLU.
Hope my answer helped.
Hey Ranu,
The cutoffs scenario is different every year based on several important factors.If you are talking about RGNUL patiala,with thew marks you have scored it may be difficult for you to get admission.There is nothing to loose hope beacuse you can try for the 3rd or 4th round cutoffs if declared.Do try for other private colleges/universities also.
I would suggest you to try out this college predictor thing.The steps are easy to check.
