Shaheed Nandkumar Patel Vishwavidyalaya (SNPV) as a state university located in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. It has a wide selection of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in multiple specializations. Admission at SNPV will be based on merit, and the whole process will be governed by both the state government rules and university guidelines. The admission cycle usually starts after the release of 10+2 and undergraduate results, which is usually around May-June for the academic year that starts around July-August. • Transfer certificate
• Migration certificate (for applicable)
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
• Any other relevant certificates as specified by the university

4. Pay the application fee as prescribed by the university.

5. Submit the duly filled-in application form along with all the documents and fee receipt to the university admission office before the specified deadline.

6. Selection for some courses may require candidates to appear for an entrance examination or interview.

Degree wise Admission Process

B.Sc: SNPV offers B.Sc programs in various specializations, including Biology, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, Computer Science, and more. Admission is on the basis of merit cum 10+2 marks in relevant subjects, with a total intake of B.Sc programs at 490 seats.

B.Com: B.Com programs are offered by the university with different specializations. Admission to the B.Com programs will be on a merit basis according to the marks obtained in the 10+2 examinations. Total intake for B.Com programs is 150 seats.

BA: BA programs are offered in many subjects by SNPV. Admission is based on the merit of 10+2 marks. The total intake for BA programs is 350.

MA: The university offers MA programs in various disciplines such as Hindi, English, Economics, Political Science, Sociology, History, and many others. Admission is based on qualifier marks obtained in the relevant bachelor's degree. Usually, each of the MA programs includes a seat capacity of 40-70.

M.Sc: Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Zoology, Botany, and Computer science form the subjects in which SNPV has opened M.Sc programs. The admission for these programs is based on merit in UBAT relevant bachelor degree marks. Most of the M.Sc programs contain a seat intake of 30-50.

M.Com: M.Com courses also provide marks obtained in B.Com degree or equivalent degree for accessibility to the admission program. Intake for M.Com programs is typically around 60 seats.

Ph.D: SNPV has within its ambit research programs in different fields. Admission is based on the performance of the candidate in a written test and/or interview. A candidate who possesses a master's degree in the related field is eligible to apply.
