About Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research, Chennai
Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research (SRIHER) Chennai. was established by Sri Ramachandra Educational and Health Trust in 1985. University Grants Commission (UGC) recognition is given to the SRIHER Chennai. In 1994, the Indian government designated the SRIHER Chennai as a deemed university. SRIHER Chennai has also received grade A++ accreditation from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).
SRIHER goals are to foster competent professionals and obedient members of society while achieving excellence in health care, education, and research.The National Accreditation Board for Hospitals (NABH), AERB, NABL, and ISO 9001:2000 certifications all accredit the university. Admissions to most of the courses are based on all Indian national entrance examinations like NEET UG, NEET PG, NEET MD, MAT, CMAT and so on.
SRIHER Chennai offers a number of different programmes, including B.Sc, BBA, Pharm.D, BOT, BPT, B.Sc (Hons), B.Optom, B.Pharma, B.Tech, M.Sc, MPT, M.Pharma, MBA, MPH, M.Phil, and several others. Candidates must adhere to the university admissions requirements in order to enrol in courses at the SRIHER Chennai.

The college campus is big ,clean ,neat and air conditioned . The hostel facilities are good and quite expensive but they provide all the required things . the food in canteen is nice . The infrastructure is good in terms of lab , library , canteen , hostel etc.
