MBBS ,is approved by Council of India (MCI). It is not fake University it is approved by MCI and addmission process is going on within this college throgh the up neet counselling. You can participate in second round counseling of up State and can get this college. The tution fee of this college for sessions 2020-21 is 10.83 lakh/annum as per given by counselling authority in up State counselling. Yeah it is new established college and till now no batches had get graduated from the college. If you get old established college you can look for that also.

Since there is no cutoff category wise in SVUCET, so as per the merit list which will be issued by the SVU, you will get admission accordingly. Since you have secured with a rank of 149 in General category, so do not need to get worried. So just check the merit list issued by the conducting board whether you have managed to get admission or not. If you did, then you will be allocated with  seat based on the counselling.

Fee structure depends on the type of college.

Govt aided as well government Institute have less fee structure as compared to deemed and private colleges.

Medical and IITs have their own fee structure too.

Look, Sri Venkateswara University (SVU), Tirupati was setup in 1954. The University is ranked at 2nd spot in Andhra Pradesh by NIRF in year 2020. For cse, the cutoff rank is around 3.8k . For other top branches, the cutoff lies within 5000. For biotechnology, it should be around 10k or 12k.

You can get your seat here but you have to pay certain charge of the seat. Every colleges/University put different charges in there seat according to the courses. So according to that you have to pay your seat.

APLAWCET is entrance exam conducted for admission into LLB courses. The cutoff varies every year depending on the various factors. As you are from general category you need to acore minimum of 35 to 40% to qualify the exam. The last year cutoff for general category bcb candidate are 5000 below. So you might have the chances to get admission into SV university.

Yes you do hold very high chances of getting into the colleges you have mentioned.

Andhra University, Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Technology and Sri Venkateshwara University, all these colleges declare a cutoff list for each of their courses. And depending on the previous cutoff list, yes you do hold  preferably a very strong chance.

The basic difference is that the person who qualifies Gate he will get admission in college For M.tech but he will not receive any stipend and a gate qualified person gets stipend.

As per your rank it is quite difficult to get seat in SVU for M.tech Computer Science and Engineering. The closing ranks of SVU has been as low as 2 and the highest has been 358. The Cutoffs  vary every year, the cutoff depends on some factors like: Difficulty level of the exam, Number of available seats, Total number of candidates who attempted the examination, Number of candidates who qualified the examination. Don't loose hope you can try for Counselling. But there are some other colleges that you may get at this rank you can try for these colleges. JNTU Kakinada and JNTU Anantapur the cutoffs have been under 1000 for sc category. So you can try for JNTUK or JNTUA.
