The library is well-stocked with reference materials, textbooks, yearbooks, encyclopaedias, dictionaries, handbooks, books for engineering competitive exams, and general knowledge books. Numerous books, and journals, give a private space for reading, and adding knowledge. 

Staff and students can enjoy hot lunch, snacks, and beverages at the college canteen on campus at the moderately priced Universal Ai University. It can accommodate fifty people at a time in comfort. It is well-maintained, has a takeaway counter, and offers prompt service.

Universal Ai University encourages students to participate in competitive sports and games as well as fitness-related activities at an advanced level. Universal Ai University hostels with all the amenities they require are maintained on the campus of Universal Ai University. Both hostels offer spacious rooms and dining areas. Single sharing: INR 2.98 Lacs per year

Dual sharing: INR 1.88 Lacs per year

Triple sharing: INR 1.6 Lacs per year

DOM (Non AC & Limited): INR 1.3 Lacs per year

Note: Second year onwards, Hostel charges will be increased by 3% annually.

Minor injuries and ailments are taken care of by our in-house physician who available round the clock for the students. In case of serious medical emergencies, a multi-specialty hospital Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital is 20 minutes away from the campus and the admin manager personally aids the students.

Universal Ai University classrooms are well-equipped, furnished and ventilated. Students can experience the pedagogies and can have a good learning experience.

Universal Ai University offers 100% residential facilities to all their students. Students are given options of an air-conditioned single/dual/triple/DOM (non-AC) sharing room with an attached bathroom. Four students share a common living room, dining room and kitchenette for light snacks, tea & coffee. Students have access to a Launderette as well as a Laundry service.
