In order to be considered for admission to Mumbai University, candidates must fill out pre-admission forms, which are available online.
Online admission forms have been made available for candidates who have completed their Class 12 exams and wish to take admission to first-year B.A, B.Sc, and B.Com programmes offered at different colleges affiliated to the University of Mumbai.
The affiliated colleges have begun releasing the Mumbai University 2024 merit list after the admission form and pre-enrollment form have been submitted. A merit list will be prepared by Mumbai University based on the marks obtained by candidates in the qualifying Class 12 examination or its equivalent. Three merit lists will be released based on the different categories of candidates and programmes. On the date specified by the college, qualified candidates must complete the admission process and document verification.

Mumbai University Eligibility Criteria 2024
Applicants applying for admission to Mumbai University 2024 must meet the eligibility requirements for their desired programmes. In order to apply for admission to university-affiliated colleges' UG, PG, Diploma and Advanced Diploma programmes, a candidate must possess the following minimum academic qualifications. For some programmes, Mumbai University eligibility criteria 2024 may have special requirements. Bachelor of Commerce graduates must apply for the M.Com programme.
Class 12 students are required to clear any subject in order to apply for B.A programmes.
Those who have completed their graduation in any program. The university may require subject combinations for certain programmes.
Admissions to various M.Sc programmes are available to students who have completed their B.Sc programmes with a minimum of 50% marks.
For admission to the B.Sc programmes, candidates must clear their Class 12th examination in a science stream, either medical or non-medical.

Students wishing to apply for UG programmes at Mumbai University 2024 have to fill out the Mumbai University registration form in online mode. Mumbai University will open the Mumbai University UG registration form submission window on June 10. Mumbai University Document Verification Process 2024
Those whose names appear on Mumbai University's 2024 merit list must attend the document verification process. In the document verification process, candidates submit their original documents for verification, based on which admissions are confirmed. Aside from scrutinising documents, candidates are also required to pay an admission fee. My class teachers are so good as well as helpful. All passed with a good percent and the best teaching quality. The course is curriculum relevant and students are industry-ready. The semester at this college is difficult; therefore, more than 25% of students fail. Pass percentage is 75% only.

Different Universities have their policies whether they will allow you to change the stream or not. However, if we talk on a general viewpoint, you have the possibility to change the stream from Civil Engineering to Computer Science Engineering. But, in most of the case you need to start from beginning and clear your concepts in the field you are actually interested. To be more clear, you can ask about this to your concerned department, university authorities to get more clarity regarding the situation.

The minority quota is given to underprivileged community of the state. It is not related to your academic performance. If you are eligible, you can avail it and pursue your graduation.
It is the responsibility of the state norms to check and verify if the applicant is eligible to issue the certificate.
The certificate is valid throughout the country mentioning the community name. To get admission through Tamil Minority, you need to upload/provide all supportive documents which will be verified in background.

Unfortunately the applications have closed for MU and the merit list has already been generated. You can always visit the campus and check if they accept application with late fees. However, I suggest it would be best to look for other universities that are still accepting applications as it is getting late. You can also apply for MU Institute of Distance and Open Learning which offers a B.Com program. The last date to apply is 30th July .
