72 MonthsDoctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) is an offered Full-time Doctoral program and it is offered by Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology Nagpur. Ph.D. program shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned.
Eligibility Criteria
I) B.E. / B. Tech. /AMIE/AMIETE/B.Sc.(Engg.) of four years duration in one of the following branches : Electronics and Communication /Electronics and Telecommunication/ Electronics/ Electronics and Instrumentation and other allied branches of Electronics Engineering/Computer Science/Electrical and Electronics/Electrical Engineering
II)M.Tech/M.E./M.S.(at least two year program) in above branches.
III) Minimum first class or 6.75 CPI / CGPA on a 10 point scale at Bachelor's or Master's level.
IV) Qualified GATE in EC/IN/CS/EE in the past.
