World University of Design, Sonipat Admission Process

World University of Design (WUD), Sonipat offers admission to undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes. WUD admissions are offered to B.Des, BVA, BBA, B.Arch, BA (Hons), BPA, M.Des, MVA, MBA and MPA courses. Eligible candidates can apply for WUD admissions on the official website - worlduniversityofdesign.ac.in. World University of Design UG admission is done through the WUD Aptitude Test and a personal interview. UCEED/ NID/ NIFT qualified students will be preferred for WUD B.Des admission. For WUD Sonipat B.Arch admission NATA/ JEE Main scores are considered.

World University of Design PG admission is also based on the WUD Aptitude Test and a personal interview. Meanwhile, CEED/ NID/ NIFT qualified students will be preferred for World University of Design M.Des admission. CAT qualified students will be preferred for admission to MBA Design Strategy and Management. WUD PhD admission is done based on a written test and interview conducted by the university. World University of Design Application Process 2024

Visit the official website of the World University of Design, Sonipat.
Click on the “Admissions” tab and then on “Apply Online”.
Then, candidates are required to click on “Register and Apply Online”.
Fill in the details in the WUD Registration Form.
Pay the World University of Design application fee of Rs 1,000 through Credit/ Debit Card/ Net Banking.
Click on the “Submit” button.

WUD Sonipat UG Admission Process 2024

First, candidates should meet the World University of Design UG eligibility criteria.
Candidates must send the completed application form available on the website along with the application fee.
Appear in the Aptitude Test. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in the aptitude test and the list of candidates qualifying for the next stage will be announced online.
Next, the candidates will have to appear in a personal interview conducted by a panel. The interview panel will ask questions related to the field of study selected by the student. Creative evidence (portfolio, drawings, photographs, crafts) is also to be showcased.
However, UCEED/ NID/ NIFT qualified students are preferred for B.Des admission. World University of Design B.Arch admission is done through NATA/ JEE Main.
Successful candidates will be made an offer of admission to join WUD. The offer will be sent via email.

WUD Sonipat PG Admission Process 2024

For admission to PG courses, candidates need to meet the World University of Design PG eligibility criteria.
Submit the completed application form along with the application fee.
Appear in the Aptitude Test. Students shall be shortlisted based on their performance in the aptitude test. The list of qualifying students will be published online.
Next, students will appear in a personal interview conducted by a panel.
Meanwhile, CEED/ NID/ NIFT qualified students will be preferred for M.Des admission. CAT score is considered for admission to the MBA Design Strategy and Management programme.
Offer letters will be sent to selected candidates via email.

WUD Sonipat PhD Admission Process 2024

Candidates should meet the World University of Design PhD eligibility criteria.
Fill the WUD admission form with the required documents of all particulars to be attached.
World University of Design admission to the PhD programmes is through a written test and interview.
Candidates will be shortlisted for an interview which carries (60% weightage) based on the score in the written exam which carries (40% weightage) conducted by the university.
Candidates who have cleared any PhD entrance exam recognised by UGC, or National Level tests like UGC/ CSIR NET, DBT (JRF), ICMR, DST (INSPIRE) or any other University’s PhD or equivalent entrance test will directly have to appear for interview.
However, cumulatively the candidate must score a minimum of 55% weightage in the entrance examination to be eligible for admission to PhD programme.
Final admission is confirmed after verification of documents and WUD admission fee payment.

I decided to go for the Interior design and architecture course for my graduation from this university., as I already possessed a strong fascination for the same . Some teachers are really great and helpful., but not every single one of them is top notch, especially if the student himself doesn't put any effort. Though the content delivered in lectures are based on the curriculum which can be improved further.

This is an excellent educational centre. Faculty at WUD is very supportive and interactive. So many undergraduate and postgraduate courses are offered here in the field of designing, arts, fashion, communication etc. skill based learning is created here.
