Education Qualification 

• The Candidates should pass the HS (10+2) Examination or its equivalent from a recognised Board / Council / University with at least 50% marks in the aggregate. For SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex-Servicemen candidates the minimum required marks in the HS exam is 45%. 

Subjects 

• The Candidate must have studied the language (Bengali / Hindi / Urdu / Nepali) at HS level as a compulsory subject for which medium he/she will be applying for admission. The second language should be English. 

Age Limit 

• The age of the candidate should not be above 35 years as of 1st July 2021. For SC/ST/PH Candidates the maximum age limit is 40 years and for OBC candidates 38 years.
