The medical facility is available in the hospital of Adesh Group situated at Muktsar Named Adesh Hospital and Research Center Muktsar. The college has got two part-time doctors to provide medical facilities to the students.

The college has a well-established library that caters to the needs of undergraduate and postgraduate students, research scholars, and faculty. The library functions on an open-access system for faculty members and research scholars. However, the students have only limited access. The library remains open from morning till night on all working days. The college library has a collection of about 60000 books and 10000 bound volumes of journals. It subscribes to about 100 international journals in various disciplines of science, engineering, and humanities. Services such as the lending of books and journals, reading rooms, reprographic facilities, bibliographic references, and information are rendered by the library. The computerization of the library is nearing completion and shortly all standard services like acquisition, searching, and lending will be computerized. The library has developed an extensive CD database of back volumes and abstracts of leading journals in science, engineering, and technology. A 14-driver CD- tower networked with workstations, serves the database- server. The library provides audiovisual services with video cameras, VCRs, and TV monitors. In the near future, the library will shift to a separate spacious building.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The growing bodies need proper sustenance to be healthy and to house healthy minds. College also understands their need for a healthy yet appealing diet. At the school cafeteria students are served healthy food which manages a blend of flavor and nutrition. Comfortable seating in and around the cafeteria and an interesting bill of fare make it the favorite haunt of the students. Hygiene is a cardinal rule that guides the cooking, storing, and serving of food more frequently surveys are undertaken to ensure that students get what they want, and on popular demand, the modifications are made. Proper home-like meals are available at subsidized rates for senior students who have longer study hours.

The college has a Bus facility available from Muktsar, Bathinda, Ferozepur, Fazilka, and Jalalabad. In the name of the college, nearly 68 buses are plying from various places for the welfare and development of the students. Buses will take the students and faculties from different areas and make them reach the college on time. Students will be monitored by a BMO (Bus Monitoring Officer) on each and every bus. All of the College buses are equipped with good infrastructure and operated in good condition. The college has separate MH and VH series for our group of institutions. MH buses are meant for Multi-Tech and Vel R.S Trust students. T-Cards will be issued to the students according to the distance between routes such as R1, R2, and R3, and bus fees will differ for the routes.
