Adhiyamaan Polytechnic College was established in 1995 and is serving as a top rated technical college in Krishnagiri District of Tamil Nadu. This affiliated college, recognised by the AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education), provides various diploma courses in Engineering discipline. Located on a sixty three thousand five hundred and fifty-five square feet campus, the college is recognised by the enrolment capacity of 855 students and faculty strength of fifty three. Adhiyamaan Polytechnic College offers six diploma courses which have three years duration and full-time mode of education in different fields of Engineering. From the variety of courses offered, technology forms the base of the institute and the improvement of facilities that are adopted with time is a clear indication of commitment in providing technical education.

Accommodation is complemented by the college and is available in numerous forms and amenities to improve students’ learning process and personal growth. Each department has adequate practical laboratory facilities to meet the demands of practical sessions. The self sufficient library provides knowledge supporting needs of the students as well as the faculty members. Adhiyamaan Polytechnic College pays a lot of attention to the physical statistics of its beneficiaries through a provision of soccer pitches and a gym. There are also a hall accomodating about 350 people for cultural and academic occasions. The institute also has two different hostels for boys and girls to support out station students and thereby providing a comfortable residential facility. The college community is fed through a cafeteria. Also, there is a health centre in the college that includes some first aid services to students to meet their needs. The campus also has appropriate IT facilities for handling with technological courses needed for the various courses offered.

As of now, the college opens six full time regular diploma courses for the student to undertake in their own preference. These courses are science based and are fundamental to offering students a sound technical education. The total approved intake throughout the courses offered is 390 and this shows the ability of the college to produce a large number of engineers annually.
