Now, see, J oint Entrance Examination Council Uttar Pradesh ( JEECUP) is the famous examination which is also known as the UP Polytechnic examination. It is the qualifying exam for different diploma or ITI programs.
One should be with 200+ marks to get a good government college. Less than 4000 ranking will give you a top government seat.
As you have a rank of 405 you may get a top level government polytechnic college.
