The college has a Medical facility provided by a registered physician. Each hostel is provided with the necessary First Aid Facility. Multi-facility hospitals in Lucknow are on the panel of the college.

The college has Libraries that are the backbone of any civilized society and are at the heart of any academic institution. The library at ACEMT has an ample number of books, with national and international journals and magazines, encoded with computerized systems. It has a very large and calm reading room for the students. Great care has been taken to see that the library should be one of the finest libraries of technology and management in Punjab. It is growing steadily in the means of its resources, facilities, and services. The library of ACEMT is air-conditioned, modern, and digital having an in-house developed Library Management Software. It has a good collection of almost all the types of documents available in various fields of Technology and Management.

The college has sports facilities for all students.

The college has a Computer which is an integral part of life, as everyone has to deal with it in day-to-day working. Therefore, students are trained not only to be computer proficient but also to be computer savvy. This department provides a broad knowledge of hardware & software and high-speed computing devices so that the students are equipped with scientific and technological inputs to handle the complex problems of design, business, industry, etc.

The college has a Well-furnished dining hall cum cafeteria to serve tea, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The Institute has its own fleet of buses which provide the facility of 'pick and drop' at very nominal annual charges to both the faculty members and students.

The college has taken utmost care to make laboratories well-lit, and aesthetically designed. They are equipped with the latest equipment and instruments required for experimentation and research. The College comprises well equipped centralized Computer Centre, Electrical lab, Mechanical Engineering lab. Network lab, Digital. with modern equipment and instruments. The physics lab and Chemistry lab also have the best infrastructure and provide in-depth knowledge of fundamental laws and the applications in various systems to students. Software-based Professional Communication lab develops the communication skills of students as well as trains them for future endeavors.

At ACEMT, hostel facilities are available for boys separately. Rooms in the hostel are spacious, and well equipped with a common hall, television, and indoor games such as table tennis, chess carom board, etc. along with a dining area with mess facilities for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, a payphone facility also a water cooler with water purifier and water geyser and investors. Uninterrupted power supply, water, and security are the priority and are available in the hostel.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.
