Aminpur College of Education, Dakshin Dinajpur Admission 2025: Dates, Registration, Fees, Eligibility

Aminpur College of Education is located at Dakshin Dinajpur in West Bengal as a single Teacher Training institution. The college provides two major courses, which are the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.), both being two years of regular study. Aminpur College of Education has also been approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Government of India, and affiliated to the appropriate teaching body. The admission procedure of Aminpur College of Education is free for every aspiring educator. 

The college grants admission on the basis of merit, with regard to marks scored in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. 2. Application Form: Candidates have to complete the application form, whether it is online from the college website or offline from the college directly.

3. Submission of Documents: Candidates will also have to submit the following with the application along with the filled application:

• Marksheet of qualifying examination (10+2 for D.El.Ed, Graduation/Post-graduation for B.Ed.);
• ID proof (copy of driver's license/ voter ID card/Pan card/Aadhaaretc);
• Passport size photographs (most recent);
• Any other document that may be specified by the college or regulatory authority.

4. Entrance Examination: Applicable candidates may also need to sit for the entrance examination as per state government or university policy.

5. Merit List Preparation: On the basis of marks in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination, the college will prepare a merit list.

Degree wise Admission Process

B.Ed (Bachelor of Education): This course offered by Aminpur College of Education is a two-year regular one; intake: 50 students. Admission to the B.Ed. program is purely on merit-based criterion, using marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The subsequent selection process will be ruled by the policy of the state government/UT Administration and the said affiliated university. A candidate must have completed his/her graduation/post-graduation from a recognized university for B.Ed. qualification.

D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education): The D.El.Ed course is also a two-year regular one with 50 seats. The whole admission procedure for D.El.Ed consists of merit, based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The selection policy will be based, however, upon the policy of the state government/UT administration. To join in the D.El.Ed program, eligibility in general requires a candidate to have passed from 10+2 or its equivalent examination from a recognized board.
