First of all, Congratulations for securing such a good rank! 

Secondly, scholarships at Amrita College is only for the top 3 rankers. My friend is studying there, and he had got an all India rank of 12. He said that no scholarship was provided to him. 

But one thing I can say for sure, you will surely get admission in ECE branch.

frnakly you have got a decent score where as under the open category cut off you would not get the CSE and ECE where you would any other branch on your wish where if you fall under the state quota then you would gett any branch of your choice

As per your rank 20533, only if you have a State Quota then you may hope to get a seat in Coimbatore Campus. As per previous year closing ranks were: Aerospace Engineering-19892, Civil Engineering-19971, Chemical Engineering-19678, Electrical & Electronics Engineering-19433 and Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering-19822. So you can consider these choices in Coimbatore.

Congratulations on a good score in Amrita entrance examination and JEE mains. Since, Amrita is conducting counselling for the first time this year through JEE mains it is difficult to predict anything on the basis of your JEE mains score. Basically, we predict your chances in a particular college or university on the basis of previous year opening and closing rank. Congratulations on securing good ranks. You are very much eligible for CSE in all 4 Amrita Campuses under open category. Also, I think that you're eligible for a scholarship seat. CSE in Amrita Coimbatore is the best comparitvely, since cutoff marks for CSE in Coimbatore are high than other campuses . Also the placements are top notch. You've secured a good rank in AEEE. But, for ECE in open category the closing rank is around 2500 which will be difficult for you to get a seat . But, if you're from Tamil Nadu , you can easily get a seat in Coimbatore campus via state quota.
