You can easily get a seat in any of the branches and campuses that you wish for. 300th-ish rank is a pretty good rank. You can easily get branches like CSE ( 2017 cut off at Coimbatore 1817), ECE ( 2017 can't of at Coimbatore 2747), Mechanical Engineering ( cut off 3217), EEE ( cut off 4051).

Besides you are eligible for any branch and campus.  The basis of the above analysis is the previous years AEEE data.

to pursue MTech in Thermal and Fluid Science at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham , you will need to have minimum marks in your under graduation as well have a good score in your GATE Examinations.

To avail admission without GATE score interested candidates are required to apply online, following which some will be shortlisted for a personal interview. After which those candidates who were successful in their interview are selected for admission.

The course for MTech in Thermal and Fluid Science is for a duration of two years and the total fees to paid for the two years is INR 3.23 Lakhs.

With respect to placements, students are offered a median package of INR 4.8 Lakhs.

Slab 4 in Amrita Vishwavidyalaya  means you need to pay regular fees of Rs 2,80,000 .

In slabs 1,2,3 you get a scholarship fees .

In slab 4 the fees would range higher  than other slabs .

Along with hostel ,the fees would range around 3.5lakhs

Mostly on Sunday  you will get permission to go outside for hosteler but the hostel rules are change according year by year and due to covid 19 its really difficult say that what the scenario of now days in hostel .So you will get better clarification at the of joining in hostel and they will guide you with all details and which facilities are they provides specially for hostilities'.
