The college has To provide proper health care and medical guidance, the college has a medical room with all facilities under the care of a full-time nurse and an M. B. B.S. medical officer who maintains a full-fledged clinic, having 3 beds. All the students are subjected to medical checkups once a year and the reports are sent to the parents for their information and remedial measures. The medical profile is maintained for each student every year and the records are kept to keep track. The college conducts health awareness programs for students and teachers from time to time regarding the prevention of communicable diseases. We also provide vaccination facilities to children for diseases such as Hepatitis A and B, Typhoid, Jaundice, etc.
The college has a Huge collection of Textbooks & Ref. books. Hobby Books, Audio-Visual material & Newspaper chipping facility for Reference and current awareness. The college has Playground design is influenced by the intended purpose and audience. Separate play areas might be offered to accommodate very young children. Single, large, open parks tend not to be used by older schoolgirls or less aggressive children because there is little opportunity for them to escape more aggressive children. By contrast, a park that offers multiple play areas is used equally by boys and girls.
The college has COMPUTER Lab use requires login with a student’s e-mail account username and password. Outlook Web Access e-mail accounts are created for all new students at the beginning of each semester. To obtain your e-mail username and password students should have their Student ID number and Webster personal identification number/PIN: Enter your Student ID number and birthdate at the bottom of the Student Email Lookup page. After successfully logging into the User Name Lookup you will be instructed how to log in to your new AUM Student E-mail account. Most open labs on campus use Pharos, a printing solution.
The college has tried and be aware of your ongoing mess menu. It helps you not miss out on good meal days. The mess council is the best medium for registering complaints. Do inform the Mess Co or the Mess Secy of any sort of discrepancy or grievance. But also keep in mind that the menu being served is generally decided on a common liking basis and hence there may be times where you would have to adjust your likings. It is at times like these that the canteen (described later in a different section) or other hostel mess prove helpful. Also, be aware of the practical closing times of your mess and preferably of some other hostel mess too just in case you happen to miss out on your mess. There are certain special days, the Gala meals, in the semester when, as the name suggests there is some special meal in the mess. These meals may be served at the mess itself or outside. The extra amount for this Gala meal is deducted from the aforementioned deposit. It is not advisable to miss out on these.
The School has Civil Engg. , Electrical Engg.Mechanical Engg., Electronics Engg. and Computer Science, well equipped Laboratories. The practical classes for respective subjects are regularly conducted in these laboratories.
