Harsh I am sorry to say that this semester abroad program is available in Great lakes institute of management Chennai campus not in the Gurgaon campus. In GLIM Gurgaon there are only two programs PGPM (1-year course) and PGDM which is a 2-year full-time course available and there is as such no scheme of a semester abroad program available in GLIM Gurgaon in any of the two programmes.
Right now admissions are open for PGDM programme at Gurgaon campus whose application deadline is 30th April 2018 whereas admissions are now closed for PGDM programme at Chennai campus.

Mangesh please clarify which college you are talking about and if possible also tell me about how much percentile you scored in both MAH-CET and GMAT exam. This will help me in figure out how much is the possibility for you to get a call and get admission in that college. The GMAT exam is a computer adaptive test and not a computer based test, which means that the candidate will get one question at a time and depending on the accuracy of the previous answer, the difficulty level of the next question will be ascertained. The average scores required for universities abroad varies; top tier universities require at least 710, while middle tier universities accept 600.GMAT is a management test used in the selection procedure of more than 6,700GMAT participating institutesacross 82 countries.
Candidates can apply for GMAT through online mode of registration.

UK is known for their MBA because of short duration and you can get MBA college without work experience and GMAT( however I must suggest both of these as they will help you to get best college). Also there age doesn't matter at all. Don't be surprised if you see any of classmate bringing their children in any event:p

The IELTS test is more widely applicable, for non-academic purposes, than the TOEFL or PTE exams. Generally speaking, the IELTS is more commonly used for admission to universities in countries such as theUK,AustraliaandNew Zealand, while the TOEFL is more widely accepted by US universities.
GATE score is primarily accepted in IITs, NITs, GFTIs and other private institutes in India, it has crossed the boundary to become an international level test for entry into postgraduate engineering programmes abroad. While universities across the world have their own selection criteria or acceptGREscores, some institutes in two countries-SingaporeandGermany--are known to accept GATE score for admission to their PG engineering programmes

IIM banglore selects students for admission through CAT and WAT-PI. GMAT is only considered for PGP for international students
well, it is a very tough question to answer frankly speaking it depends upon the student itself. how much time you can devote and how long busy you remain the whole day. working personals take 12-15 months to prepare for the course. some even complete the preparation in a month. It demands that the high school mathematics and English must be above basic to have a staunch mark in the GMAT.
Basically, GMAT entitles one to a two year MBA course.
GMAT scores are accepted by a lot of elite colleges outside and inside of India
