Apollo Institute of Technology (AIT), Kanpur is a premier college in Uttar Pradesh that offers various facilities for students. AIT Kanpur has a state-of-the-art infrastructure that provides a conducive environment for learning and development. Some of the AIT Kanpur facilities are hostels, libraries, sports, a computer centre, cafeterias, auditoriums, a transport facility, and a robotics lab. Apollo Institute of Technology Kanpur has a well-stocked library with more than 40,000 books, periodicals, and reading sections.

The library also has a digital library where students can access national and international journals using high-speed internet. It also has a well-equipped auditorium that can accommodate up to 500 people. AIT Kanpur facilities have over 200 computers in air-conditioned halls for training students in computer science. Each student is given a separate computer to work independently and complete their laboratory assignments.

Boys Hostel
The college has a separate decent campus accommodation for boys, in a clean and hygienic ambience amidst green surroundings with 24-hour electricity and water supply available. The hostels can accommodate 500 boys. Single-room accommodation is given to the final year and PG students. They are also permitted to use their laptops in their rooms. A subsidized mess is also operative on the campus for hostellers. The mess facility is available for boys and girls separately. The mess is spacious with a dining hall and kitchen.
Girls Hostel

The library has a sufficient no. of books, periodicals, reserves, and reading sections where students can visit to get books issued for the required period and read periodicals of interest. A digital library is also under consideration where a student can use the high-speed internet to access a large number of national and international journals of their interest. There are more than 40,000 books stacked in the library. More books will be acquired with time.
Sports
The college has a sports department of the college that is very much devoted to building healthy citizens for the country. Various indoor and outdoor games and sports activities are part of the college calendar schedule. Students have the facility of indoor & outdoor games e.g. cricket, football, table tennis, badminton, and others.
I.T Infrastructure
The college has installed over 200 computers in well-constructed air-conditioned halls for training students in computer science. Every student is given a separate computer to work independently and complete his laboratory assignment. They have round a clock internet facility at the institute.

The college has Wi-Fi also allows communications directly from one computer to another without the involvement of an access point. This is called the ad hoc mode of Wi-Fi transmission.
