• The AIL Mohali placement cell sends invitations to the companies.
• The recruiters conduct a pre-placement visit.
• Students have to register with the placement cell of the university.
• Registered students should submit their resumes.
• The selection process begins and involves written tests, group discussions, interviews, and many others.
• The offer letters of shortlisted candidates will be sent to the AIL Mohali placement cell.
