What is difference between ece and entc branch??

I can provide you the cutoff rank for AIT Pune of previous years from which you can get an idea about your selection.

In 2016, 

Closing Rank (for any branch)- 1,39,241

In 2017,

Closing Rank (for any branch)- 1,03,072

In 2018,

Closing Rank (for any branch)- 1,11,326

I don't think you will be able to get AIT Pune based on your rank because of these cutoff from the past three years and this is the general trend.

According to your percentile in jee mains 2019, your general rank will be close to 5.7lakh and with this rank you have no chance to get seat in AIT PUNE.

I can provide you the cutoff of AIT Pune for the previous three years and then a conclusion whether you have a good chance or not this year.

In 2016, the cutoff rank was-

CS- 358

IT- 529

In 2017, the cutoff rank was-

CS- 292

IT- 470

In 2018, the cutoff rank was-

CS- 390

IT- 487

By this cutoff, you can figure out that you can definitely get the IT branch and might get CS if you are lucky.

Computer Engineering- 390 (Closing Rank)

ETE- 704 (Closing Rank)

IT- 487 (Closing Rank)

Mechanical- 900 (Closing Rank)

In 2017,

Computer Engineering- 292

ETE- 621

IT- 470

Mechanical- 651

In 2016,

Computer Engineering- 358

ETE- 844

IT- 529

Mechanical- 590

In 2018, the cut off of AIT Pune for JEE Mains was 75 that is, students upto the rank of 113000 were eligible to get admitted to it. And since you have got a good rank and you are even ahead of 94% students, you can definitely expect a seat over there.
