The AAC Madurai Library has approximately 62,555 books and 117 journals and magazines in its 11,040 square foot space. In addition to the stack room, there is a reference section, journal section, reading area, internet café, etc. With the help of LIPs iNET 5.0 web-based software, the library is entirely automated.

AAC Madurai consists of sixteen department labs mainly Physics labs, Chemistry labs, Rural development science lab, Physical education lab, Food science and technology lab and many more.

Mega cultural events are held in two open auditoriums: one on the campus and one inside the hostel.

Students can develop their bodies, minds, social skills, and spirituality through sports. In addition to its regular academic activities, the Department develops and implements programmes and creates a variety of teams for sports like basketball, handball, football, hockey, volleyball, and many more. The teams compete in open competitions such as district, state, and national level tournaments as well as M.K.U "C" Zonal M.K.U Champion Trophy events, bringing honour to AAC Madurai.
