The college has a library facility for all students with a large number of books on various topics to feed the student's knowledge. In addition, the college subscribes to a good number of national and international journals. The library is under the supervision of a professional librarian and it is opened to all the members of the college.

The college has a departmental based laboratory facility for the students. With a Physics lab, computer lab, and Language lab. Science is different than other subjects. ArungaraiAmman College Of Arts&Science has a state-of-the-art computer lab with 80 computers at students’ disposal, offering practical sessions for students especially those doing B, Sc Information Technology, B.Sc Computer Science, B.Com Computer Applications, B.Sc Mathematics with Computer Applications, M.Sc Computer Science, and BCA.

The canteen provides a unique on-campus dining experience to the students that's sure to suit any taste or lifestyle. It is a perfect place where students can unwind and for mind relaxation. students can take advantage of the dine-in experience provided by Canteen on the campus. As know that, "a healthy mind can only reside in a healthy body", healthy and delicious food, tea/coffee, soft drinks and fast food with special delicacies for each day are available in the canteen during lunch interval at a nominal cost. A committee of faculty members regularly checks for the quality of food.
