Ashok Institute of Hospitality and Tourism Management, New Delhi Admission 2025: Dates, Registration, Fees, Eligibility

The Ashok Institute of Hospitality and Tourism Management (AHITM) is much-famed in hospitality education circles, the institute houses many undergraduate and diploma programs in the hospitality arena. The application process for AHITM varies according to the programs:

For the B.Sc. Hospitality and Hotel Administration:

You should register for the NCHM JEE by visiting the official website (registration generally opens in mid-December).

1. Fill in your personal and academic details in the online application form
2. Upload all required documents, along with a recent passport-style photograph and scanned signature
3. Payment of the application fee by online mode
4. Download the duly filled application form and keep a copy for reference
5. Attend the NCHM JEE on the announced date (Most probably in April-May)
6. Check NCHM JEE website for result and schedule for counseling
7.  If shortlisted, go through the counseling process for seat allocation

For B.Voc in Food Production and Diploma in Hospitality Management:

3. Attach all specified documents, along with academic certificates, ID proof, and photographs
4. Submit the filled application form along with application fee to the institute
5. Wait for the merit list or selection notification by AHITM

Degree wise Admission Process

B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration: This is the flagship program of AHITM and admission is based on the performance of the student in the NCHM JEE. The program is three years long and provides the candidate with rich and complete knowledge about hospitality management.

B.Voc in Food Production: AHITM has 60 seats for this three-year program. The admission process will usually involve a combination of a student's performance on the entrance examination and their record in academic performance. The total fee for this program is approximately Rs. 291,300.

Diploma in Hospitality Management: There are 60 seats under this program also. Admission to this one-year diploma course may be based on the merit of the candidate's qualifying examination (10+2) or an entrance test conducted by the institute. The total fee for this one-year course is approximately Rs. 67,100.
