ASHOKA College has separate hostels for boys each with all modern facilities, for boarding and other recreational activities. The hostels have their own mess to provide good and hygienic food to the students. Hostel accommodation will be provided on a first-come-first-served basis. ASHOKA hostels are like a ‘Home away from Home’. College Hostels are on the campus and are run by the College Management. Our main objective is to provide a Very Decent, Secure, Clean, and Homely atmosphere. We are committed to providing Hygienic and Delicious food to the students.

The college has a Wi-Fi facility for the students and staff.

ASHOKA’S library is a new era of excellence in education, located in 4000 sq. ft of area and provides excellent study and research facilities to the students, research scholars, and faculty members of the college, our library is equipped with over 25,000 volumes of books. Digital library faculty with multimedia systems, 10 daily newspapers and 16 weekly/monthly Magazines, periodicals having access to international journals and other research material, CD covering all aspects of academic studies and research materials.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

One Seminar Hall seating capacity of 200 and 3 Lecture Halls with a seating capacity of 40 students each with Audiovisual facilities Expertise from different specializations are invited to conduct relative and respective workshops and seminars to sharpen and develop the students' skillsets and to add new perspective to their thoughts.

The canteen is not just the place where you go to eat. Especially in colleges and institutes of education, this place is an open arena for debate, argumentative sessions on different issues, cracking gossip, kidding, and having loads of fun with cutlets, burgers, tea, coffee, and coke in between as gap fillers. It is the force of double ‘f’ that drives you to come to a canteen as often as you can. Food and friends- both initiate with ‘f’ and the canteen is the union zone for the two. College canteens build up an ambiance of rendezvous where you would love to spend all day with pals keeping away all hassles of mundane living. Foods you are fond of Canteen can be otherwise referred to be a cafeteria. Rush to it after the class gets over and it’s not like taking a diet-conscious meal. Rather you would love to take a bite of some handsome snacks. Tits and bits and something that your mamma will scold of are things you really love to have in the canteens. Chips and soft drinks you begin with and then it can be sizzlers, potato fingers, fish rolls, sometimes Chinese cuisine, and chocolate drinks. Countless cups of tea and coffee and the counter boy gets paid at the end of the day. Funds for food Moreover the whole canteen session is fun because it’s very related to sharing and caring. In most cases, it has been seen that a collective fund is raised for tea and snacks where each one has a weekly or monthly contribution. Therefore the canteen is something that brings you to close. You can shed your depression and frustrations when you are around the college canteen because it’s a land of charm, rejoicing, and always in motion. The drabbest may sound the brightest in the canteen premises. Canteen jingles No wonder the college canteen around the globe has given birth to music bands and fusion bands. The compositions, the lyrics, and the music were all initiated by banging the canteen tables and creating instant jingles sometimes to tease a newcomer, sometimes proposing to a girl, and sometimes after being refused a proposal, and many more like that. So college canteens can really make and shape your life. Guys who just crowd for time pass also have something to learn from the canteen session. Thoughts are raised and you too are provoked to think about those. In a nutshell, canteens are more than simple hangouts that add different flavors to your life.

The college maintains a Medical Centre with an attached clinical laboratory for routine tests, with a male doctor visiting twice and a lady doctor visiting once in a week and supported by two full-time medical assistants. A car is always kept at the disposal of staff and students to serve in an emergency. Ashoka School of Planning and Architecture recognizes that physical and mental health significantly influences one’s ability to participate fully in the College community. The Health Center strives to enhance each student’s well-being by providing comprehensive, private health care and by encouraging informed, individual involvement in health-related decisions. On-Call Doctor is available all the time. The college provides vehicles in the case of emergency medical care requirements.

The computer facility in the Ashoka School of Planning and Architecture is used by students and faculty for education, research, and public service activities. The facility includes graphics and printer terminals, as well as a number of microcomputers.

The college has a Gym facility for the students.

Sports at AIET are an integral part of the enjoyment, character-building, and development of students’ leadership potential. AIET strives to meet high standards of sportsmanship through responsibility, dedication, and devotion to our sport and the college. The coaches stress the importance of teamwork, leadership, and skill development. Through hard work and practice, our teams become competitive and foster a family-like atmosphere in our college. ASPA Students’ participation in Games and sports includes – Athletics, Badminton, basketball, Chess, Caroms, Cricket, football, Table Tennis, Hockey, Throw Ball, tennis, Volleyball.

The Institute is less than 30 km away from the LB Nagar. However, in order to enable the faculty to commute easily to and from the college, the institute has made necessary transport arrangements. AIET has a convenient transport system which includes buses plying from different corners of the city & Nalgonda, with separate buses for students and faculty. A full-fledged Transport department functions in the college with buses to provide transport facilities to students and staff from various places. The number of buses will be increased corresponding to the increase in the intake of students.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.
