Balaji Institute of Modern Management (BIMM), Pune offers admissions to MBA programmes in 3 different specialisations. Balaji Institute of Management admission require the candidates to meet the eligibility criteria to the courses. Students are selected by BIMM Pune based on their performance in the entrance examination - CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ MAH-CET. Following this a group discussion and personal interview is conducted by the institute. Candidates are selected on the basis of their overall performance in all these steps.

Faculty members are brilliant from various backgrounds and have industry experience of a good number of years ranging from 20 to approximately 30 or 40 years. Some of them contribute to hard work by engaging personally with students and helping them. Some are just doing their job irrespective of the useful result that is the knowledge of the students. Quality of teaching ranges from low to high, where you may face some faculty members who are contributing nothing for any good sake of the students, and some are just trying to work their way put into getting a good result from students. Students are working hard and are ready for the industry by attaining and experimenting things some on their own and some as guided from the mentors. Some of them are lacking behind in their way.
All the teachers are very helpful and much qualified as all are almost having Ph.D. degree. There are many industry experts, so the quality of teaching is also very much good. All the teachers are very knowledgeable. This course is relevant for your career, and makes you ready for industry.

If you consider placement as your first priority then BIIM Pune is better than riim pune. BIIM Pune has placement record of 95 percent average package is 6 lpa and highest package is 15 lpa. RIIM pune has average package of 4.5 -5.5 lpa and highest package is 12-13 lpa.

If you are giving placement as your first priority then you should go for BIIM Pune as average package is 6lpa and highest package is 15 lpa there.where as on riim average package is 4.5-5.5 lpa and highest package is 11-12 lpa.
