BIT bangalore is a well structured private university of India. Inorder to take admission in BIT you may apply through various entrance examination like JEE mains, Comedk etc.

As you said you have 75 marks in Mains as well you belong from OBC Category it will depend on the cuttoff of JEE where your rank will lie but apart from the the cuttoff you should also be start preparing for COMEDK examination because colleges in Karnataka like BIT , RV will take most of the applicants via comedk exam. So put JEE mains number behind and be ready for Comedk inorder to take admission in BIT bangalore.

As you said you are from OBC Category and i don't think so your fee structure will vary from General Category students because BIT is a private college and it doesn't follow the caste procedure for their admission.

What is the admission criteria, their is any entrance exam

Hello,
Yes there are two entrance exams conducted for admission in BIT Banglore i.e comedk and kcet.These two exams are conducted to give admission in karnataka colleges.COMEDK exam is open for all states students and is scheduled to be conducted on 13th May.It consists of 180 questions with 60 questions each from p/c/m and is of 1 mark each which is to be solved in 180 minutes.No negative marking.You can visit http://www.comedk.org to apply for it.While KCET is not open for other state students.You can visit it's website for more details.

How was the placement of bit bangalore in 2016.I am studying in bit bangalore can I get good placement if I am from information science?

According, to Careers 360 it has AAA+ ratings which means good. It offers good placements.

which is better college to study ECE , Bangalore institute of technology or BMS institute of technology?

Why the fees of bit bangalore is too much as compared to other colleges of comedk even the hostel also?

Fees is something that the college has decided by self and it cannot be questioned about because as the candidate has the right to choose in which college they want to go in similarly colleges have the righ to decide what fees to charge.

Overall is it a good rated colleges for btech studies.

Good enough but i want it to improve way more than how it is right now because it is a very old building and would need some renovation to come upto international standards like other private schools.

has decent and minimal infrastructure . Nothing much to explore in the campus. but has good facilities for education. excellent libraries , decent laboratory, has decent food stops around the campus and classrooms with projectors.
