The training and placement cell at Bapatla Womens' Engineering College provides placement training, career counselling and placement opportunities to the students of the college. The BWEC Bapatla placement cell organises placement training activities like soft training skills, resume writing, mock interviews and group discussions, so that students get placed in multinational companies and other reputed organisations and industries. The Bapatla Womens' Engineering College placement cell organises placement drives, and provides adequate infrastructure for it like interview halls, rooms and other such facilities, to ensure a smooth placement procedure. Total 15 students from the B.tech courses have been placed through Bapatla Womens' Engineering College placements.
