Bapuji Polytechnic, Shabanur Admission Process

Bapuji Polytechnic, Shabanur, offers seven full-time diploma programs in various engineering disciplines, each with a duration of three years. Bapuji Polytechnic follows a merit-based admission process, which is conducted by the Department of Technical Education (DTE) in coordination with the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) and National Informatics Centre (NIC).

Admission procedure  The admission procedure usually begins with an announcement by the state regarding a common admission procedure for the government, aided, and participating private polytechnics in Karnataka. A student can apply by availing himself through the centralized admission system operated through DTE and KEA. It's strictly merit-based-a process that only depends on how well a candidate has performed in the qualifying examination or 10th standard or equivalent.

The admission process, in general usually starts in the months following the announcement of results 10th standard.

The minimum eligibility criteria for admission to diploma programs offered by Bapuji Polytechnic are passing 10th standard or equivalent examination from any recognized board. Candidates of all categories namely General, OBC, SC, ST are eligible to join as per the reservation rules and regulations prevalent in the state of Karnataka.
