The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The college has a Gym facility for the students. The gymnasium is one of the recreational activities provided for student fitness and healthy u lifestyle for today and the future. Students are encouraged to use the facility when on campus during the evening time. The Gym is a popular spot for both sports enthusiasts and the health-conscious. A fitness center (gym) is adequately equipped for maintaining the fitness of the students, both mentally and physically. The College organizes yoga camps to decrease the entropy and confusion in the minds of students where mind, body, and soul culminate into a positive attitude, happiness, and peace.

The college has a library that houses a store of various books from the best authors in the world from the electronics sector. We also encourage students to use the digital library archives and supplement themselves with repositories and services of NPTEL and other similar allied services. The Library houses a store of more than 23000 books, and more than 300 International and National Journals from the best authors published in popular Journals covering various branches of Engineering & Technology, Management, and Humanities. A New completely wooden furnished library is equipped with an International and National Journals Section, Reference Section, Books section, Digital Library, e-Library, Online Journals reference section, Reading Room, Document Scanning Facility, Document Printing Facility, Automated book lending system, Reprographic facility, Dailies, and weeklies section and with an amazing collection of nearly 23,000 books. An exclusive books section of Microsoft, Wiley, and WP contains four copies of all the titles published to date by them. Membership is open to all the staff and the students of the College. 1. Working hours: The working hours of the Library are 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.2.Holidays: All government/College holidays will be applicable.3.Browsing Centre and access to e-resources: The Library is connected to the 2 Mbps 1:1 leased line Internet service of the College Data Centre and has 30 systems for accessing the Internet - from 8.30 am - 05.00 pm. 4. Reprographics Facilities: One Canon Digital copier and Network printer facilities are available for members to print and copy the required materials, at a nominal cost.5.Document Scanning: The college provides an in-house facility for document scanning this facility is available to all students.6.Document Printing: Along with scanning facilities measures have been taken for document printing which taxes the students far lesser than their off-campus counterparts. 7. Fully automated services: All operations and services of the library have been automated with RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology using Windows-based software, LibSoft. The software has excellent cartridges such as transaction, query, administration, reporting, etc.

The college has Sports both indoor and outdoor games available. Sports play a pivotal role in shaping one's personality and maintaining good health. BMCE specially developed a sports environment that matches all standards and gives a truly competitive experience to all our students. There are multiple sports facilities to keep our students engaged and physically fit. The college has adequate sports and games, a gymnasium, a yoga center, etc., and cultural activities to promote the physical development of the students. Indoor games facilities include Chess, Carroms, and Badminton. Large outdoor playing courts for sports like Volleyball, Basketball, Cricket, Football and Kabaddi were established for the students to participate in the game of their choice. A full-time physical director guides the students in various sports activities.

The college has More than 10 Ultra-modern computer labs, a Research and Development Center, Academy centers of Microsoft, Cisco, and HP, Tie-ups with MICROSOFT, CISCO, HP, National Instruments, Xilinx, Yokogawa, Prolific, and Autodesk are major attractions of BMCE. Training programs and Project guidance to the students are given by experts from the World’s leading companies like Microsoft, HP, Cisco, Xilinx, Yokogawa, Honeywell, National Instruments, Prolific, Autodesk Certifications, and Pentagram Research. Tie up with Pentagram Research, a leading Research Organization in India, providing an ideal environment for our students and faculty members to redefine their Research Knowledge horizons. Computer Centre & Ultra Modern Computer Labs - The college has 10 new well operational air-conditioned modern computer labs with the latest equipment and licensed software from Microsoft, Adobe, Corel Draw, Code Gear, Autodesk, Matlab, Labview, and Orcad. All computers are connected through LAN and managed from the centralized Data Centre. BMCE provides 2 1:1 high-speed leased lines and broadband internet connectivity to offer round-the-clock Internet access to students and faculty in order to facilitate them to stay connected with the information thruway. We have computers that are upgraded regularly in keeping with technological developments, and we frequently procure licensed software depending upon the curriculum requirements and the latest trends of use in the industry. A centralized UPS backup facility is used in all labs. The college is blessed with a dedicated and leased internet line that is available for students and faculty alike to their use.

The college cafeteria is one of the most popular sports on the campus, with exotic traditional dishes and refreshments available throughout the college hours; it excites the foodie to the hilt. To sum the cafeteria up in Anthony Bourdain’s words would be No Reservations.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The college has a full-fledged Transport Department functioning in the college with 10 buses to provide transport facility to students and staff from various places to the college and back. The Transport department has well-trained drivers ensuring hassle-free and safe transportation. Students will be monitored by a Bus Monitoring Officer on each bus to maintain discipline on the bus. The starting points are Kollam, Chavara, Anchalumoodu, Chathanoor, Ayoor, Mavelikara, Adoor, Kottarakara, and Puthoor. The bus network covers all corners and important junctions. A student can make use of the transport so that they can reach the college in time, safely and comfortably.
