Beltola College, Guwahati Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The College has a Central Library of Beltola College was started in 1983 during the establishment of the College. Initially, it had less number of books, but later on, gradually the number of books increased, and even its services of it also improved day by day. The students of our college have membership facilities in the Central Library. In order to move forward with the challenges of new procedures, some techniques have been deployed. The Central Library has more than 9000 books, magazines, journals, newspapers, E-collection, etc. Besides the Central Library, the eight departments have more than 2500 books in their departmental libraries. The library also uses SOUL 2.0Software in library management and it also provides e-resources to the users with the help of  N-LIST – INFLIBNET Centre.

The college has For physical and mental upliftment of the students Beltola College has provided adequate sports equipment to students. The college has a common Playground with Dakshis Beltola High School. 

The construction of an indoor auditorium having a capacity of more than 300 people is going on. The auditorium is spacious and well-furnished halls. It will provide an opportunity to the staff as well as for the students to exhibit their talents in cultural activities.

There is an open stage also which is adjoining the Auditorium. In the open field, more than one thousand seating capacity may be arranged whenever it is necessary for it.

The College has established a computer Lab Keeping in view the growing importance of computer learning. This computer Lab can accommodate 24 numbers of students at a time. The course which is imparted to the willing students of the College, as well as the students from the community, is Basic Computer Knowledge. 

The college has a Gym facility for the students.

The college canteen is almost like a beautiful pavilion of a cricket stadium. On the ground floor, there is a sitting arrangement for the students along with a small kitchen and a store room. And in the first floor, there is a seating arrangement for the teaching and the non-teaching staff. Various types of snacks, soft drinks, and meals are available at subsidized rates.

The college has a departmental based laboratory facility for the students.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The college has good networking for the alumni association.

The college has a girls' hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.

The college also provides workshop facilities for all the students.
