Berhampore College, Murshidabad Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college has a library facility for all students and a Reading Room, enriched in Text and Reference Books of the latest edition, journals, syllabus, Magazines, Question Papers, and Daily Newspapers within Library hours.

The college has a departmental based laboratory facility for the students.

The College DOEACC has provided a fully equipped Computer Lab with more than 15 computers. Details about it maybe had been from the office of the DOEACC on the college premises.

The college authority has opened up the Student’s Gymnasium which was constructed using the financial assistance of the Ministry of Youth Affairs, Govt. of India, and the building was constructed by the college at its own cost.

The college has one canteen which is situated on the south-west end of college premises. Every Student can avail himself/herself of the facility of the cheap canteen during the college hours.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

The college is a member of the Student’s Health Home Unit of the college and is entitled to all kinds of medical facilities provided by the District Regional Centre of the Student’s Health Home.

The college provides accommodation to 45 male students on the merit-cum-necessity basis in the Students’ Hostel, Sampriti.

The College has It’s an alma mater that the students will love their Institutions years after years. They keep keen interest with their institutions from where they passed even after they entered into their working lives as well as family lives. There is an Alumni Association in Berhampore College which have been formed in the year 2019 but legal formalities are still in process. Bodies have been formed and meeting has been held in this regards to function in a well organized form.
