Bhavan's College, Mumbai has a placement cell that conducts the placement drive for the students in collaboration with many companies. The cell invites the reputed companies for the recruitment drive. It not only enhances the technical and soft skills of the students but also helps them to prepare for the tests and interviews. The placement cell also organises various workshops and events that help in the overall personality development of the students. The college has adequate infrastructure for the placement drive such as the GD room, facilities to conduct the online examinations. The placement cell also ensures that the maximum number of students get placed in reputed companies. The details of Bhavan's College placement process is given below:

The cell invites the companies then the interested companies will revert back to the mail. On the mutual agreement, the dates are finalised for the placement drive. The companies can also deliver a pre-placement talk to the students in order to make them aware of the companies rules and regulations, policies, etc. Then the students will be shortlisted on the basis of their resumes to appear for the aptitude and reasoning tests, technical rounds, group discussions followed by an interview. The quality of Placement at our College is not that great . The student gets job after graduation and average you can get is around 25k per month. The highest is 50k per month and college give opportunity and try to place everyone.

The quality of placement is not that good. You have to find the company on your own. However sometimes company comes to campus but only take the exceptional candidate. The salary you can expect after graduation is around 25k and highest was 45k.
