Bishamber Sahai Diploma Engineering College, Roorkee is a privately self-financing engineering college, and was established in the year 2008. The institution is located in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, and this engineering college was approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi. Its campus is spread over 5 acres with a variety of diploma courses in engineering fields. BSDEC has a focused learning environment with a total student enrolment of 73 and faculty strength of 63.
